Thailand’s Wheelchair Mafia – A Family Affair

They don’t walk.
They fly.

Rescue dogs who need wheels to run —charging into the moment with unstoppable joy. Wheels spin like wings. Freedom thunders down a quiet road in Chonburi, Thailand, where we met a gang like no other:

The Wheelchair Mafia.

This became a family affair. My wife and our two sons traveled with me to film, photograph, and witness something unforgettable.
“Wheelchairs aren’t limitations. They’re wings.”

BEHIND IT ALL:

The Man That Rescues Dogs Foundation
Michael Baines, Swedish chef turned savior
800+ dogs in sanctuary.
44 rolling proud.

It takes 59,400 baht ($1,650 USD) a day to keep hope rolling.
14,400 baht ($400 USD) for one set of wheels.
No corporate sponsors. Just believers.

We came to capture movement.
We left moved.

Help keep the wheels spinning.
